In my defense, the right arm used a gold piece, and assumed the left arm used a gold piece as well I just simply misread the instructions. So feeling very embarrassed, I learned my lesson about over assuming things and went on to finish the model. I looked at the pieces on the frame, and then realized that the missing piece was used for the eyes of the Gundam and not the arm.
Anyways, time passed, and the other kit came in.
I thought this was some kind of manufacturing defect, I mean, I've never had a piece missing from a kit before. But in the very beginning of putting the arm together, (and here's how I saw it at the time) I saw that one of the pieces was supposedly missing from the kit! Utterly shocked, I decided to order another kit just like this to replace the missing piece. I bought it and took it home and started putting it together. So a quick story before I explain things: I went back to Gundam Kingdom to get this new model kit.
